In order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned undamaged and in original condition within 30 days of purchase. Items that were special ordered may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase cost, depending on the nature of the item. 

After we receive your item, the item will be inspected and we will work on processing your refund or exchange. For a refund, the money will be refunded to the original payment method used during purchase. Credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your statement. 

If the product is damaged in any way that was not sustained during shipping to your or you have initiated the return more than 30 days after the purchase date, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. However, some of the handcrafted items may be repaired. Please email me at the address below if you would like to schedule a repair.
