Service Description

Basic Energy movement – We’ll begin with a brief discussion about energy and how it manifests in the body and the world around us. This workshop will also include hands on learning, including breath work and exercises to learn how to sense our own energies. “Why is it important to feel the energies in our bodies, and to be able to move them?” We will learn shielding, how to direct energy, and how to work with our energies in boosting our magick and intent.
