Service Description
These workshops are designed to promote fuller, healthier lives through connection with the WHOLE Self – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Release fear and step into an empowered life through self-discovery and fellowship with like-minded people! Workshops are held monthly for six months; price is for all classes and materials. Topics are as follows: 1. Basic Energy Work and the Chakra system You'll learn how to connect with your inner spark, various ways of shielding and clearing, and ethics involved in Energy Work. We will also discuss how to listen to your body and connect with the Chakra system, to best promote your health and wellness in your Self-care routine. 2. Mindfulness Learn how to pay attention to yourself and the world around you, purposefully engaging in daily life. You’ll learn how to engage all the senses in the present moment to bring peace and discernment to daily situations. We’ll have a group discussion and hands-on activities designed to promote a feeling of being OK with what is - without judgment. 3. Energy Movement A gentle moving meditation class to help familiarize you further with the energy flows of the body, enabling you to connect on a deeper level with yourself through working with the elements and elemental vibrations contained within the body. Engage with your Warrior spirit and step into your authentic Self through self-discovery! 4. Negotiating the Emotions As empowered humans, we have the choice and ability to change our emotions, which can affect us positively or negatively. During this workshop, we’ll learn how our conscious and subconscious choices effect our emotions. We’ll also engage in a guided meditation to learn how to adjust our emotions for our Highest Good. 5. Creation and Crafting as a Spiritual Practice In times past, women would ‘sew’ their intentions and love into the clothing they made or repaired, and also when creating new decorations for the home! We’ll discuss how to take time out from our daily busy lives and ‘weave’ our intentions into a craft project. A list of supplies for the chosen craft will be sent out prior to the workshop. 6. What’s In a Word? The Power of Mindful Language In this workshop, you'll learn how to use the power of speech to create a positive impact for yourself and for those around you. We will discuss and demonstrate how words affect our self-image as well as our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.
