Service Description
Would you like to feel balanced and more at peace with yourself? Learn how to listen to your Self and balance your needs with Reiki. Reiki is the healing aspect of Universal energy, channeled to assist the body in becoming balanced and healthy. Usui Reiki will align the body’s ki (life force) to promote emotional, energetic, and spiritual balance. Reiki I is an introductory class to learn how to alleviate stress and boost our immune systems through self-healing. We will learn the history of Reiki, a meditation practice, and hands-on practice for channeling and self-healing. Reiki Level II is an in-depth class to build on our lessons from Reiki Level I, furthering our understanding of channeling Energy to facilitate healing in the Self and others. In this class, we will learn how to facilitate healing and promote balance with and in others. We will also learn new meditations to deepen our understanding of Reiki practices and further our practice of self-care. Please wear comfortable clothing and be prepared to have some fun while learning! What is Usui Reiki? ~ Usui Reiki is a spiritual practice that is not associated with any particular religion and is accessible to anyone that is interested in practicing. ~Note: Usui Reiki should not be used in place of modern medication for ongoing treatment, but is a great complement to current treatment when applicable. Please choose "level 1 only" or "levels 1 and 2" when checking out. Level 1 will be approximately 3 1/2 to 4 hours, and you may choose to continue to level 2 for the remainder of the day! Save $25 by attending both sessions-normally $200 when scheduling separately! Level 1 is a prerequisite for Level 2; please plan to attend both sessions if you are interested in Level 2. Level 2 will follow a lunch break and is also approximately four hours. Thank you!
