Energy Healing and Life Coach Services
I, as a client, understand that energy healing and Spiritual Life Coach sessions may include hands-on techniques and intimate discussions that are used for stress reduction and relaxation. I understand that energy healing practitioners and life coaches do not diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, claim to cure or treat any illness or pathology, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical or mental health professional. I understand that energy healing and intuitive coaching does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological aliment I may have. 

I understand that energy healing and Spiritual Life Coaching can complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I also understand that the body has the ability to heal itself and to do so, complete relaxation is often beneficial. I acknowledge that long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple energy healing or life coaching sessions, or a combination of both, in order to facilitate the level of relaxation needed by the body to heal itself.
I, as the client, acknowledge that these sessions may continue until one or both parties deem them to no longer be necessary. I, as the client, also understand that neither an energy healing session nor a Spiritual Life Coach session is a clairvoyant session or psychic reading provided by the practitioner.

Readings and Interpretations
I, as the client, understand the readings that I may receive are for guidance only. I understand that any actions I take upon receiving guidance and information are my personal responsibility and choice. I will not consider any readings and questions answered as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business facts, knowing the information is subject to my own interpretation and judgment. I understand that readings are provided for "entertainment purposes only". I, as the client, understand that the services I receive are not a substitute for professional services and it is advised that I should seek advice from the relevant qualified expert.

 

Workshops
I, as a client, understand that the information I receive through a workshop or other session is the opinion of the facilitator and no guarantees can be made as to the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of the information as a whole. Information is provided based on research of the time and I, as a client, will not hold the facilitator responsible in any way for omissions and errors that may occur in the information I receive. Information and discussion is intended to be thought provoking and I am solely responsible for any actions taken on my part during or after the workshop based on information I receive. 
 

Overall
As a client, I understand that all services through Spirit of Drakaina LLC to include Energy Healing techniques, Spiritual Life Coach sessions, Readings, Meditations, Interfaith Minister services, and Workshops are held through unconditional love for my highest good. I understand that I am engaging in these services of my own free will and take full responsibility for all actions taken. I hereby agree that I, my heirs, legal representatives, or any member of my family will not make a claim against or sue Spirit of Drakaina LLC, Mandy "Miria" Ryan, or any of their affiliated agents, employees, teachers or volunteers, for bodily injury, death, emotional trauma, or property damage resulting from my participation in the service.   

I also understand that the sessions provided through Spirit of Drakaina LLC may be beneficial to my children as well; if seeking a session for my child under the age of 18 I understand that I will be present during the entire session.
